| GTI introduces the fastest technique to cut the tails off of post-tensioning tendons. The GTI Plasma Cutter® will sever a 0.5” or 0.6” cable in 3-5 seconds. Plasma cutting is superior to oxyacetylene torch cutting due to higher cutting speeds, narrower heat affected zone, and cleaner cuts. The GTI XL50 Plasma Cutter® is used with 0.5” and 0.6” monostrand tendons while the GTI XL75 Plasma Cutter® is recommended for cutting multi-strand tendon tails. Tendon tails should only be cut after acceptance of the elongations by the engineer. |

Both GTI Plasma Cutters® come with a 50-foot long torch lead that is protected with a rugged cover. The GTI Plasma Cutters® come with 25 Electrodes, 50 Tips, 3 Shield cups, 3 Gas Distributors, and one Air Filter Assembly. The GTI Plasma Cutter® is covered by a 3-year warranty on the main Power System and PC Control Board, 1-year warranty on all other circuitry, and 180-day warranty on torch and leads. Service centers are located throughout the United States. |

| The GTI Plasma Cutter® requires input power of single or three-phase 208/230/240 volt alternating current 50/60 hertz or single or three-phase 460 volt alternating current 50/60 hertz. The unit requires 70 psi compressed air (non-lubricated) for operation. |
