Description:  The first structure is constructed west of the existing Rt. 35 Victory Bridge.  Once the new bridge is complete traffic will be relocated onto the new structure and then the original bridge will be demolished.  After demolition is complete, the second structure will be built where the existing bridge is now located.  GTI Round Plastic Duct® was used to increase the long-term durability of the post-tensioning in the concrete elements.
